MINDFUL YOGA & MEDITATION*

Zesa’s signature course is a fully integrated 10-Week Course that meets once per week for 45 minutes. The course explores the foundations of yoga, mediation, and mindfulness. It is accessible to beginners as well as the seasoned practitioner.

All workshops use an evidence-based curriculum developed by Zesa. Our Express Series are condensed sessions that can be offered in the morning, during lunch, or any other time of day or night that is convenient.
