Synthesizing ancient practices with a modern approach to organizational well-being.

Zesa — Sanskrit for balance — is built on a simple premise: organizations perform better when their people do. Our evidence-based mindfulness, yoga, and meditation programs give teams practical tools to manage stress, sharpen focus, and build resilience — translating directly into stronger performance, retention, and culture.

We partner with HR and wellness leaders at healthcare systems and tech companies who are ready to treat well-being as a business strategy, not a perk.

OUR TEAM

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & FOUNDER

Ashley Hardcastle, MA, CWMF

Ashley founded Zesa Wellness in 2016 on a bold belief: that the most powerful competitive advantage any organization can build is a people-first culture rooted in well-being. Today she leads Zesa independently, working directly with HR and wellness leaders to design programs that move the needle on real organizational outcomes.

A philosopher, leadership strategist, and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator (Mindful Leader), Ashley’s career spans higher education, business development, and organizational leadership — partnering with startups, corporations, universities, and government agencies to build teams that don’t just survive pressure, but thrive in it.

She holds a Master’s in Philosophy and is certified in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, the Science of Happiness, and Business Development, with published work in Teaching Philosophy and Sustainable Communities Review.
