CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Courses, Workshops and Events have a limited number of spaces available. Pre-Registration secures your space. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your registration so that your place may be offered to someone else.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Courses (Class Series) are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations:
Made 7 or more days in advance of the course date will receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
Made between 6 days and 48 hours in advance of the course will receive a refund* minus a 50% administrative fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the course are not eligible for a refund.
*Refunds will be distributed in the same way that the payment was made.
Absences are non-refundable and non-transferable. Regrettably, we cannot refund payments for classes that are missed due to illness or emergencies.
WORKSHOP AND EVENT REGISTRATION
Workshops and events are non-transferable. Refunds, partial refunds and credits can be given under the following circumstances:
Cancellations:
Made 15 days or more in advance of the workshop or event date will receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees)
Made between 15 days and 5 days in advance of the workshop or event date will receive a 50% credit towards a future course, workshop, or event provided by Zesa.
Made after 5 days in advance of the workshop or event date NO refund or credit will be given.
*Refunds over $50 may be in the form of a check at the sole discretion of Zesa Wellness
PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS (parties, private lessons):
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session with less than 24 hour notice.
Private party deposits are refundable up to 7 days in advance of the party.
If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time.
MERCHANDISE
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise is refundable up to 15 days after the date of purchase.
