"It is so convenient to have the classes at work"!
"I love the yoga classes offered by Zesa at my work! I look forward to the class each week as a way to decrease stress, increase flexibility and strength, and bring balance to my life. It has been especially helpful for me following knee surgery a few years ago. Ashley demonstrates modifications that make it possible to participate at any level from beginner to advanced. It is so convenient to have the classes at work! I can leave my desk and be in class in just a few minutes. What a great way to end the work day"!

"It’s a game changer!"
"I clock out for the yoga class on Wed mid shift and then come back to work. I wasn’t sure how I felt about it being in the middle of my shift but one session in and I knew it was going to be great. My job requires a lot of stationary sitting and standing and yoga helps my body stretch back out and not feel crunched up after an 8 hour shift. It also energizes me to push forward through the second half of the shift. I think it should be available for everybody once a week. It’s a game changer"!

"I leave each class so relaxed it is amazing!"
"About 5 months ago, I was involved in a rear end collision that left my neck and upper back in severe pain. Part of my recovery has been going to a massage therapist and it is very common for her to find 4-5 knots in my back each visit. I went a couple of weeks ago and my therapist asked me “what are you doing different, you only have one knot this time”? I explained to her that I started Yoga about 1 ½ months ago and it has helped with my pain.
Before I tried Yoga, I thought the only workout I could do was high impact, but I was wrong. Yoga is no easy workout to do, if you are doing the poses correctly. I never meditated until the first session with you, and I leave each class so relaxed it is amazing! Again, thanks for all that you have taught me about Yoga and meditating, it has made a big difference in my life".
